My doctoral research includes environmental science & biochemistry, biomomicry & biodiversity. We specialize in sustainable methods & materials for biotech montoring of animals, fish, plants & water quality in sustainable farms & for water & soil quality.
I am an adjunct professor in chemistry & sustainable management of natural resources at YSU & Chatham’s Sustainable Campus, Duquesne University in Biology & Organic chemistry, & Butler Community College in Environmental Biology. I have taught in Catholic & public schools & universities in chemistry, anatomy & physiology, advanced biology, intro to biochemistry. I am also a life guard, lesson coordinator & swim instructor. I started the non-profit after my daughter Allyson survived a traumatic accident & was hospitalized for 6 weeks. After many surgeries & procedures 5 years later Allyson delivered Reese George June 11, 2025 my 1st grandchild. I became Grandma CC. Our company has donated Smart Stories to Akron Children's hospital & to veterans & many others in the community. My Dad Matthew was a disabled veteran. My son had a double cleft palate repaired at Akron children's. So we gift to those in need of cheering up & to those in long term care. We have also gifted money to those recovering. If you wish to donate to the non-profit we will send your gift to someone in need with a card with your name on it. I have received thank you letters of gratitude from the veterans administration & Akron Children's hosital & to those who have received a gift from the company. We recently received an award for good conduct from the veterans administration which would make my Dad happy. Overall the company keeps growing. We are planning a Smart Story farm & biotech center which will have a make & take educational center & farm to table kitchen & a place for events. We participate in a Seed Fund every year at Christmas time.
